Our repair services are managed through an electronic ticket system. To enable status tracking, a separate ticket must be created for each device you send in.Text, falls vorhanden.


How to create a ticket:

Enter all device data
- You can usually find the serial number and IMEI number on the device's nameplate, located under the battery
- Request Type must be hardware repair, even if the reason for sending the device in is software-related
- List everything included with the shipment, such as a charging cable, power adapter, headset, or other accessories
Please provide the full return address and, if different, the invoice address as well.
Once the ticket has been created, you will receive an automated message containing the address of the relevant service center.
Please print out the email and include it with the device, or clearly mark the device with the ticket ID. This will allow us to quickly and easily match the device to your repair request. Of course, you may also ship multiple devices together in a single shipping box.
We will notify you of important steps via email to the address you provided during registration. In addition, you are welcome to create an account on our ticket system to track your tickets and view their status.
