Rich Communication Services (RCS) is the modern successor to traditional SMS and enables features such as read and typing receipts, high-resolution media transfers, and group chats. However, on Android devices without preinstalled Google Mobile Services (GMS)—such specialized enterprise or industrial devices—this service generally cannot be enabled.

The fact that you aren't receiving the message has nothing to do with your device; it's due to a setting on the other end.

The other party must configure the following settings so that a standard text message is sent if RSC is not supported by the recipient..

	Open den Messanger
	Open Messages settings
	Select RCS chats
	set Automatically resend as text (SMS/MMS) to enabled

Are you using a Multi SIM? If so, the reason may be that the card you're using isn't the master card. Contact your provider or find the USID code used by your provider to set the inserted card as the active card.
