Your phone is offering you to provide some important information in case of emergency, e.g. for medical service, and make an emergency call for you.

These are to be found in Settings for Safety & Emergency on your phone.


Medical Information
In an emergency, it may be useful for the medical service to receive information about the patient's current state of health in advance to avoid complications and save time. This could include, for example, blood type, previous illnesses, medications currently being taken, etc.
That information you can provide here for them by editing the fields.
These will be possible to be shown to the emergency service even if the phone is locked.
Emergency Contacts
If you like, that family members or others get contacted in case you are in an emergency, you can add people here. These selected contacts can be contacted via the emergency option from the lock screen as well, even if the phone is locked.
This option may also be helpful in case you lost your phone and someone else tries to find out whom it belongs to.
Emergency SOS
Android offers you an SOS function.
Note: This function does not replace a professional lone worker protection. There may be local regulations for lone worker protection and specific approvals for this. Applications for lone worker protection are available from third-party providers. You can find partners for such applications on our website. www.isafe-mobile.com
In case of an emergency, you can call for emergency by pressing the power button 5x
Start setup for this function:
  • Press Start
  • Check the emergency number and change it if necessary. NOTE: Do not use a non-emergency number. Read the hint on the screen.
  • Share info with emergency contacts by message.
    • The following information will be shared:
    • Real-time location
    • Low battery. When your battery is below 15% (if enabled)
    • Emergency call. When you start and end an emergency call (if enabled)
    • Phone call. When you start and end a call (if enabled)
  • Record a Video
    • The device is starting to record a video and audio. For further information, please refer to the text displayed on the screen. 
What is happening after executing it:
  • The device shows a countdown. While the countdown, you can cancel it if it happened accidentally.
  • After the countdown, the emergency chain starts.
    • An emergency call will be executed.
    • Your emergency contacts will receive messages about the situation.
    • The camera starts video and audio recording.
