If your are facing a network connectivity problem with your i.safe MOBILE IS320.1 please follow the following instruction.

 

  • open Settings
  • Enter your password or if it still the factory set password please fill in 1234 and press Log IN
  • Slide down to About Phone and open it
  • open System Updates
  • check for updates and start it

 

If there is no update available and the situation still is existing please send the unit back to one of our Service Center for repair. To send in please use the online form at our web page i.safe MOBILE/service.
